our story

The nature’s palette was conceived by a trio of young second - generation entrepreneurs. Originally involved in manufacturing stainless steel sheets for more than 30 years, the Jinnoni brothers were already crowned the designation of being pioneers for setting up high quality standards within the industry. With the will to diversify their business and contribute the same energy and growth to other industries, the three brothers decided to collaborate to enrich people’s lives through their initiative.

Having grown up being taught the ways of life in Jainism, the spirit of ‘Ahimsa Paramo Dharma’ is something that moved them to venture in the field of organic products. Ahimsa Paramo Dharma literally translates to non-violence is the highest moral virtue, but isn’t limited to just that. Destruction or harm in any direct or indirect method is frowned upon and a balanced life of true peace and tranquility is what disciples of Jainism seek. These values have long been ingrained in the traditional upbringing of the Jinnoni brothers and as a reflection of that, the three were adamant that no matter what field they would foray into, it had to be close to their roots and morals. Subsequently, all three were instantly pulled towards organic, natural & sustainable items. Upon being personally moved to live a healthier and beneficial life, Jinnoni Ventures LLP was established.

A true believer of the Jain philosophy, Nirmeet is a nature lover. He believes respect isn't limited to living objects, any harm, wastage or destruction of natural resources will lead to an imbalance in the ecosystem and dark future.

Nirmeet Jinnoni looks after the operations, sales and supply chain at TNP. Being the oldest of the three brothers, he enriches the TNP team with over 15 years of business experience. Nirmeet's skills include management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.

Nirmeet holds an MBA from Nirma University with specialisation in family business.

Hard work and perfection is what defines this spirited entrepreneur; Any task done with utmost sincerity and self satisfaction, will never be a poorly done task. Arpit is a do-er, who believes that together we can truly change the world with positivity. His 10 years of experience with entrepreneurship brings in an abundance of expertise at TNP. A charted accountant by education, Arpit looks after finance, accounts and marketing at TNP.

Arpit holds an MBA from SP Jain Global Management with specialisation in investment banking

-Kanishk S Jinnoni

Eager to learn, Kanishk is the youngest of all the TNP founders. Despite his age, Kanishk has always proactively shown interest in entrepreneurship since teen years. His willingness to learn and adapt to situations make him a versatile worker. He holds 2 years of entrepreneurial experience with his family business, and continues push the boundaries to outperform many. No task thrown at Kanishk will come undone It is his dynamism that makes him such an important asset to TNP. An engineer by education, he handles IT, marketing and innovation at TNP.

Kanishk holds B.Tech in IT from NMIMS and MBA from SP Jain Global Management with specialisation in family business.
